In a world where individuality is forbidden, Dave New World asks us to consider what individual identity is and why it is valuable. Dave New World is full of characters who do everything they can to avoid facing the truth about their own situations. 
In this society, citizens are programmed to be productive and complaisant through a combination of biological manipulation, psychological conditioning, and a drug called Social Media. Dave New World was formed to improve the human experience. Their anthems signal to the listener that the elites brainwash its citizens to remain obedient, and suggest the listener should be skeptical about how truly utopian society really is.

Dave New World is launching its brand of punk rock into the void. “Irrational Anthems” features TEN PUNK ANTHEMS clocking in at over a whopping 31 minutes! Each track will punch the listener in the face with one or more of the following: a sing-a-long chorus, whoas, gang vocals, power chords, octaves, coarse language, and poignant* lyrical themes.   
Opening with the hopelessly nihilistic "So What, You're Dead" before launching into soon-to-be fan-favourites "Head Trauma", “No Friends”, “We Stopped Living”, "Deadbeat Parade", “If I Wait For You (I’d Wait A Lifetime)”, "The Belligerent Years", "Fucked And Faithless", "Mad World", and “Raise A Glass”, each song balances sincerity and irony while deconstructing what it’s like living in a post-Covid world.
